This 1980’s house had a nice layout and some beautiful contemporary architectural features including a vaulted 2 storey ceiling in the Great Room but was in need of updating. We left the floorplan intact but replaced the dated wood railing and refaced the fireplace as well as updated the kitchen and bathrooms with new, contemporary finishes.
