This traditional Georgian style home was in original 1964 condition when our client’s purchased it and in need of some updating. Our client’s intention is to renovate in phases, so we approached this project with a plan that will provide continuity of style and finishes as the different project phases progress. In this initial phase, we repainted the entire house and replaced flooring throughout the main and lower level with Engineered wood floors and tile in the main floor washroom. We also replace the stair rail with a beautiful black iron railing crafted by a local artisan. The last part of this phase of the renovation was the main floor bath which was also gutted and renovated in classic style with all new fixtures and a custom cabinet created by another local company.
